If your Kidity play mat arrives with a defect or factory error, it's covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. We'll replace it at our cost, including shipping, as long as we have stock available. Just keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing issues, not damage from improper use or failure to follow our care instructions. So please do take a look at our cleaning guidelines to keep your mat in great shape.
