Are your playmats safe from birth?

How do I clean My playmat?

Life with little ones gets messy and we designed Kidity knowing that. Spills happen. Crumbs appear out of nowhere. Cleanup shouldn't feel like another task on your endless list.

For daily maintenance, use a vacuum on low suction to remove crumbs and dust.

For spills, blot immediately with a dry cloth, then gently clean with mild detergent and warm water before allowing it to air dry.

No seams to scrub. No puzzle pieces to pull apart. Just a quick wipe and done.

Can Kidity playmats be used outdoors?

Kidity play mats are designed primarily for indoor use, where they'll serve your family best for years to come.

That said, they can absolutely be used outdoors for picnics, backyard playtime, or a sunny afternoon on the patio. Just place them on a flat, clean surface and bring them back inside when you're done.

We don't recommend leaving them outside for extended periods, as prolonged sun exposure and weather can affect the materials over time. But for short outdoor adventures? They're perfect.

Can grown-ups use it too?

This is one of our favorite questions, because the answer is a big yes.

We designed Kidity with the whole family in mind. The premium memory foam is soft yet supportive, making it ideal for yoga, stretching, floor time, or simply lying down while your toddler turns you into a jungle gym.

Parents tell us all the time that their Kidity mat has replaced their yoga mat entirely. The larger surface area means more room to move, and the cushioning is gentler on knees, wrists, and joints than thinner alternatives.

What is your warranty like?

We stand behind the quality of every playmat we make and each play mat has a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If your Kidity play mat arrives with a defect or factory error, we'll replace it at our cost, including shipping, as long as we have stock available. Just keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing issues, not damage from improper use or failure to follow our care instructions. So please do take a look at our cleaning guidelines to keep your mat in great shape.

Can I return my product?

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
