Refund policy
Returns
- If you're unsatisfied with your play mat or simply change your mind, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to discuss. Returns must be completed within 14 days at your own cost.
- We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original vacuum-sealed packaging with the box intact and uncompressed. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Opened or Unboxed Items
- We're unable to accept returns once a play mat has been opened. Each mat is individually vacuum-packed and expands to full size once unpacked, making it impossible to repackage.
- This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and quality for all families.
Exchanges
- Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If you believe you received an incorrect item, let us know within 7 days and we'll work to make it right. Reach our Customer Care team at hello@kidityhub.com
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your mat arrives with a defect or factory error, it's covered by our 6-month warranty. We'll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping, as long as stock is available. Just keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
